MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID

Since 2017, I have been mental health first aid certified. Mental Health First Aid training is about fostering a supportive environment for others, and contributing to a more compassionate and inclusive society. Particularly in the performing arts, where I work most, and where people can often be put into quite vulnerable positions, it is important to be aware and considerate of other’s mental states.

DBS CERTIFIED

I hold an Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate with the UK Disclosing and Barring Service (DBS). The certification is renewed every year, valid until 07/07/2024, is avaialble online or may presented upon request.
